Equality Arizona's Building Bridges Champion Award is presented annually to two non-LGBT individuals and a corporation/company who demonstrates through their actions support for LGBT equality.

Building Bridges Champions understand the intersection between human dignity and the rights of LGBT Arizonans to pursue a career, build a family and live peacefully without harm from government or discrimination.

Building Bridges Champions hold themselves up as an example of what it means to be "out" about their support for LGBT rights and are active partners in Arizona's equality movement.

Building Bridges Champions receive their award during Equality Arizona's annual Building Bridges Golf OUTing banquet following a round of golf.
